It is our policy to ensure you that all our deliveries are processed daily unless there any circumstances beyond our control we can confirm that the order will be sent on the next available courier.
We will be in touch with you soon after receiving confirmation of payment to provide you with the tracking details or any other relevant information we feel necessary for you to have regarding your order.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
There is a money-back guarantee in place for "Teef", in the event that you are dissatisfied with the product or the product has been badly damaged during the delivery process resulting in the customer not being able to use the product.

However this rule does not apply for the "Spunky Pup Clean Earth" range of recycled soft toys nonetheless if you feel the product has reached you in a unsatisfactory condition we will try our best to ensure an amicable agreement is reached in favour of all concerned.
As all customers are valued customers if it is the case that you are unsatisfied with the product please email us directly or use the contact form on the company website detailing the conditions or reasons you wish for your money back and we will be in touch with you asap to discuss how you wish to proceed in regards to being refunded or having a replacement product sent to you.
